Oversee finance and accounting operations for portfolio of real estate properties
Oversee team of 3-4 assistant controllers
Monitor cost structure of existing buildings
Monitor payments across all leases
Manage budgets

Global advertising and media agency is seeking a Controller to manage a real estate portfolio. This individual MUST have a deep knowledge of IFRS
16 and all
up-to-date
lease accounting guidelines.
This is a hybrid position, with 3x a week requirements in NYC.
Will be managing 3-4 direct reports!
