We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager, with a special talent for detail and follow-through. CRE experience preferred in Retail, Office, and Industrial. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations at commercial properties and serve as the tenants’ point of contact. Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing and processing documents and statements, answering inquiries and correspondence, supervising property staff, developing strategies to optimize operations, and collecting rent.
Role includes handling all Property issues and concerns, resolving them promptly and efficiently. The Property Manager is responsible for compliance with the terms of the Management Agreement for the assigned property and Central Management, Inc.’s policies and procedures governing daily operations of the assigned property. This includes responsibility for maintenance, tenant relations, purchasing, accounting procedures, janitorial services, security, and recordkeeping.
The Property Manager directly supervises the maintenance personnel and oversees any subcontractor/vendor work that would be needed, i.e., landscaping, repairs to exterior and interior of the Property, etc. Excellent computer, verbal and written
communication skills
are necessary.
