KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lease Support & Documentation
Assist in drafting lease proposals and letters of intent (LOIs) under the direction of the Leasing Manager.
Track and organize lease documents, estoppels, SNDAs, and related correspondence.
Maintain and update electronic tenant files and ensure document storage is organized and accessible.
CRM and Deal Pipeline Management
Input and maintain tenant leads and lease proposals.
Monitor deal progress and follow up on outstanding action items with brokers and tenants.
Ensure accurate input and status tracking of all leasing activity.
Tenant & Broker Coordination
Communicate with tenants regarding lease expirations, options, and inquiries.
Coordinate with brokers on leasing assignments, signage updates, and marketing efforts.
Schedule property tours and ensure proper follow-up documentation is collected.
Reporting & Analysis
Assist in maintaining and updating property rent rolls and site plans.
Help prepare marketing and leasing activity reports as needed.
Perform basic credit checks and organize tenant financial documents for review.
Marketing & Property Support
Help prepare marketing materials for vacancies, including flyers and digital listings.
Coordinate signage orders and installations at vacant spaces.
Monitor and update leasing information on company website and social media.
QUALIFICATIONS
1–2 years of experience in a commercial real estate or property management environment preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
