About the Company
Our client is a real estate debt and equity brokerage firm. They raise capital by brokering mortgages and placing equity through their established network of capital providers.

Scope of the Role
The Lead Generation Associate’s primary role will be to research contact information for owners of commercial properties. Additionally, the associate will also be responsible contacting capital providers that the company raises capital from and updating their investment criteria in Hubspot. Furthermore, the Associate will be responsible for researching lenders and investors associated with real estate transactions mentioned in the news. From time to time, the Associate will also be asked to make follow-up calls to capital providers that the company is currently raising capital from for active deals.

Duties and responsibilities:

Scrub the Hubspot investor database by contacting capital investors to update investment criteria.

Conduct proactive outreach to capital providers to raise funds, including follow-ups for unanswered emails.

Identify and research new capital providers not currently in the Hub Spot database.

Research prospective clients looking to hire the company for capital-raising services for real estate deals.

Locate new contacts for bounced emails.

Review real estate publications and analyze lenders/investors behind major transactions.

Manage and update pipelines in Hub Spot.

Perform general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

C1 English level

Strong knowledge or experience in real estate, finance, or fundraising is required.

Experience with Hubspot and Excel.

Familiarity with real estate finance terminology such as IRR, DSCR, and LTV, to name a few is helpful but not required
.

Experience researching the contacts behind companies on United States Division of Corporation websites, such as sunbiz.org.

Experience with CoStar is a plus but not required

A background in commercial real estate is preferred but not required
