Job Overview:
Quadrivius is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our innovative solutions. You’ll work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking strategies.
Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and offering customized solutions.
Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations to showcase the value of our services and close deals effectively.
Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, addressing client objections, and ensuring alignment with both client and company objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales is required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
