Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist at Megaworld Fort Bonifacio in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig. The Property Specialist will be responsible for marketing residential real estate properties, conducting sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, and effective communication with clients.
Qualifications
Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate
Sales expertise
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
