LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team.
This position is fully onsite. Commercial Real Estate/Transactional experience required.

Assist with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions
Prepare closing documents and title summaries
Conduct title review and searches
Correspond with clients
Monitor due diligence process
3+ years of commercial real estate experience
Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
Excellent communication skills
Strong document drafting and proofreading skills
The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000-$90,000 per year. Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other offerings.
