Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Head located in both North and East Bangalore. The primary responsibility is to lead the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of

sales targets

. They also focus on building and maintaining client relationships, staying updated on market trends, and managing the sales process from lead generation to

closing deals

.

Qualifications

· A Sales Head usually needs a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in real estate sales, including time spent leading sales teams and managing sales operations.

· A deep understanding of real estate laws, market trends, property valuation, and financing options is required.

· Excellent written and verbal

communication skills

are necessary for interacting with clients, team members, and                      other stakeholders.

· Strong negotiation skills are required for

closing deals

and managing complex transactions.

· Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is a must
