Responsibilities:
Promote and sell properties, focusing on projects in the region.
Develop and maintain a network of clients, providing them with information projects
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship management.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to build strong, long-term relationships.
Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends and property developments.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in Secondary market.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
Ability to handle multiple projects and clients with professionalism.
Real estate license (if applicable).
