454.58 PAYE or 600 Umbrella Day Rate
Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office
Sellick Partnership is delighted to assist in the recruitment of an experienced Disposal Surveyor to join a well-respected Property Team.
Duties and responsibilities of the Disposal Surveyor:
Leading on asset disposals, leasehold negotiations and strategic property acquisitions
Sourcing property valuations and conducting financial analysis to optimise disposals.
Negotiating leasehold agreements and acquisitions
Preparing specialist property reports and presentations for key decision-makers
Developing strategies
Liaising with developers, agents and landowners
Ensuring regulatory compliance
The successful Disposal Surveyor will be:
A RICS-qualified professional with expertise in property disposals or equivalent experience
Offer a strong track record in estate management and leasehold negotiations
Commercially astute
