Cedarview / Tenth & College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced multi-site Regional Property Manager in Bloomington, Indiana. Preference given to candidates with multi-site and student housing expertise.

ABOUT THE JOB
The Regional Property Manager is a team player and provides independent analysis. Proficiency is a must in Appfolio, Word + Excel, and capable of absorbing multiple rental locations and their floor plans / amenities.

· Be proficient in all company software – Appfolio, Excel, Word, Gmail, Google Calendar, security video system(s), and Brivo
· Communicate and coordinate with leasing, maintenance, and upper management
· Report to upper management on leasing activity and other reports
· Train, direct, and assist Leasing Agents / Admin Team
· Familiarity with all floor plans, price points, and 40+ properties / 100+ floor plans
· Manage the move out / move in process [Hire and direct contractors, Create schedule, Coordinate Leasing/Maint team]
· Security Deposit reconciliations (and disputes)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Property Management (5-7 years minimum)
· Computer Literate / Able to quickly learn new apps/software (Appfolio, ZInspector)
· Real Estate Certifications preferred
