Senior Lettings Negotiator Package Overview:
* £28,000 per annum basic salary
* Uncapped
commission structure
with realistic OTE of £42,000+
* Full-time, permanent position
* Hemel Hempstead – easily commutable from surrounding areas such as St Albans, Watford, Berkhamsted, Harpenden, and Luton
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in lettings or property management required
* Previous experience within a lettings agency is ideal

Senior Lettings Negotiator
Role and Responsibilities:
* Register new applicants and match them to suitable properties
* Carry out property viewings and provide feedback to landlords
* Negotiate tenancy terms and offers between landlords and tenants
* Support the progression of tenancies from offer through to move-in
* Generate new business and bring on new instructions
* Assist in maintaining and
building relationships
with landlords and applicants
* Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met throughout the lettings process
Senior Lettings Negotiator
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in a lettings or property management role
*
Experience with
in a lettings agency environment is highly desirable
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities
* Proactive and driven with a passion for delivering excellent service
* Comfortable with the
fast-paced
nature of the lettings industry
* Full UK driving licence required
