Job **

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, an extensive industry network, and the ability to foster relationships with clients to facilitate successful transactions. This role includes tenant and landlord representation, as well as property acquisition and disposition, while collaborating with our development and property management teams to offer comprehensive services.

Key *

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, investors, and other industry professionals.

Identify and actively prospect for new business opportunities within the commercial real estate market.

Conduct market research and provide clients with relevant insights and trends to guide their decision-making.

Negotiate lease agreements, sales contracts, and other real estate transactions on behalf of clients.

Prepare and present marketing materials, property analyses, and financial models to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams, including development and property management, to ensure a seamless transaction process and exceptional client service.

Stay current on market conditions, property values, and industry regulations to offer informed guidance to clients.

3+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage or a related field.

Active real estate license.

Proven success in managing and closing commercial real estate transactions.

Strong understanding of financial analysis, market research, and valuation methodologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with commercial real estate tools (e.g., CoStar, Loop Net) is a plus.
