About the *
We’re seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our fast-paced real estate operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Regional Managers and play a critical part in lease auditing, document review, tenant processing and onboarding, lease distribution, and sales follow-up. This is a great opportunity for someone with a legal or underwriting background who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is confident communicating by phone and email.
Key *
Review and audit commercial real estate leases for accuracy and compliance
Send out leases to tenants and track for timely execution
Assist Regional Managers with administrative and operational tasks
Process and review tenant applications, including running background and credit checks
Assist with tenant onboarding and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
Handle and review legal documents with attention to detail
Provide strong phone support for both clients and internal teams
Perform sales follow-up activities to help drive deal progress and client engagement
Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to ensure smooth processes

3–5+ years of experience in a Sales Admin or similar administrative role
Legal assistant background strongly preferred
Comfortable and experienced in reviewing legal documents
Strong phone communication skills
Spanish fluency (written and spoken) is a plus
Sales or real estate experience highly preferred
Underwriting background is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Obtain a real estate license at Work Bay request
