Key **
Assist with commercial real estate closings.
Review title reports, surveys, and related documents.
Draft and revise lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements, and other real estate documents.
Organize and maintain case files.
Prepare closing documents and related paperwork.
Required **
A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
At least 3 years of hands-on experience as real estate as a paralegal.
Paralegal certification is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
