Job Details
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Investor Relations with a proven track record in raising capital from passive investors, specifically for real estate investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have an established network of investors and exceptional skills in capital-raising, relationship management, and strategic communication.
Responsibilities
Capital Raising Leverage your existing investor network to raise capital for real estate investments.
Investor Relations Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
Strategy Development Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute fundraising strategies tailored to the target audience.
Presentations and Reporting Create and deliver presentations and reports to investors, clearly articulating investment opportunities and performance metrics.
Market Insights Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape to provide strategic advice to the team.
Qualifications
Experience Demonstrated success in raising capital from passive investors for a debt fund.
Network Strong, established relationships with real estate-focused investors.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Education A finance background is preferred but not required.
