General Summary

A prestigious development organization is seeking a Director of Facilities Management & Administration to oversee all aspects of facility operations, administration, and logistics across multiple major lifestyle, retail, and mixed-use assets. The role will ensure seamless transition and operational excellence for non-guest facing assets including office spaces, staff accommodations, and supporting infrastructure. The position will play a critical part in the handover and ongoing management of high-value assets, aligning with the company’s dynamic growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Administration, Logistics, and Facilities Management for all operational and non-operational assets across the portfolio.

Oversee soft services, preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and specialized services tailored to each asset’s requirements.

Manage warehousing, office logistics, and the movement of staff and goods across facilities.

Support temporary and permanent logistics planning during new asset development, including asset handover and operator onboarding.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast future facility needs, plan organizational expansion, and optimize resource allocation.

Manage staff transportation services, ensuring operational efficiency, reliability, and safety.

Oversee emergency maintenance responses and corrective works with rapid issue resolution.

Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems with service providers, including regular maintenance audits.

Coordinate third-party maintenance contractors and integrate schedules into overall asset management processes.

Plan and budget for capital expenditures based on lifecycle analysis and asset replacement needs.

Candidate Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field.

Professional certifications in Facilities Management or related disciplines are an advantage.

Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in facilities management, asset management, and logistics within major real estate, entertainment, or large-scale development projects.

Strong leadership, planning, and project execution skills.

Expertise in managing service providers and implementing maintenance quality systems.
