About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Property Manager who is passionate about service, hospitality, and operational excellence. You will oversee the full operation of a portfolio of vacation rental properties, ensuring seamless experiences for both guests and owners.
This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize housekeeping, maintenance, and overall property operations.
Build strong, professional relationships with property owners and vendors.
Manage and solve incidents quickly, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Lead the onboarding of new properties and improve online listings.
Ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations.
Supervise, coach, and inspire housekeeping and maintenance teams.
What You Bring:
Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or vacation rentals.
University degree in Finance and International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced English (minimum C1 level) — both spoken and written.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently.
Basic understanding of budgeting and financial reporting is a strong advantage.
Flexibility to travel occasionally for property inspections.
