Job Description:
We are looking for motivated, professional, and experienced Real Estate Agents who are passionate about Dubai’s dynamic property market. As part of the Hillridge team, you’ll represent one of Dubai’s most promising new brokerages, backed by strong leadership and a commitment to ethical business practices.

Responsibilities:
• Actively source and list residential and commercial properties for sale and rent
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters
• Schedule and conduct property viewings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and transparency
• Maintain regular contact with clients, developers, and property owners
• Stay updated with market trends and new project launches in Dubai

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role in Dubai
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-driven
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
