LHH is recruiting on an Investor Relations Associate role for a nationally renown Private Equity CRE firm. You’d wear multiple hats in finance and investor relations performing both reporting, fund analysis, cashflow analysis, valuation, & more. This position will also be involved in the marketing efforts to prospective investors including RFP’s and Due Diligence Requests as well as the on-boarding of investors into future vehicles. Responsibilities
Assist in the production of quarterly reporting packages for investors, including detailed reports, partner capital statements, and property-level reporting across various investment vehicles
Update and analyze valuation waterfalls for all Fund property investments on a quarterly basis and allocating appreciation changes to the funds
Handle ad-hoc investor requests including providing cash flow projections, fund models, and analysis on valuations and debt
Maintain key financial tracking documents on property-level debt, valautions, cash flows, & returns
Stay current on property transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, refinances, and loan modifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years progressive investor relations or real estate-related experience
Investor relations and/or reporting experience for real estate funds highly preferred
Proficient with Excel
