Legal Counsel – Real Estate
Our Client is a fast growing team with a global presence, looking to add a Legal Counsel with real estate experince to be a keypart of their Austin, TX office. This person will support development and construction across multiple projects.
Legal Counsel – Real Estate
Manage and oversee legal matters related to real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.
Conduct legal research and provide guidance on a wide range of real estate and energy issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
Review and manage title and survey matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and other dispute resolution forums.
Collaborate with external counsel and manage relationships with outside law firms.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in [relevant jurisdiction].
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on energy-related matters.
Strong knowledge of real estate and energy law, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
