About the **
We are a high-performing real estate team focused on REO and corporate-owned properties, representing banks, lenders, and asset management companies. Due to growing demand, we are expanding and looking for multiple licensed agents in the Atlanta Metro Area to join our team.
This role is ideal for agents who are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a niche market with consistent listing opportunities.
Key *
List and manage REO properties for banks, lenders, and asset management firms
Complete BPOs, appraisals, and market analyses to assist in pricing
Coordinate property repairs, maintenance, and preservation
Create and execute marketing strategies to attract buyers and investors
Facilitate negotiations and manage closing processes
Ensure compliance with lender, investor, and HUD requirements
Communicate with asset managers, attorneys, contractors, and buyers

Active real estate license in Georgia
Access to MLS and REO platforms (e.g., Bid On Homes , Pyramid Platform, Equator, )
Experience or interest in REO, foreclosure, or corporate-owned properties
Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions and timelines
Familiarity with compliance guidelines for institutional sellers is a plus
