Our online platform allows businesses (or their brokers) to post space requirements-like a Sushi Bar looking for 2,000 SF with a vented kitchen-and property owners can connect directly with them. With a growing demand for brokerage services, we’re launching a brokerage division to assist tenants who want hands-on representation and landlords looking to fill vacancies.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking experienced Commercial Real Estate Agents to join our brokerage division. As a Matchbox broker, you’ll leverage our platform’s tenant and landlord leads to close more deals-faster. Whether you specialize in tenant rep, landlord rep, or both, we provide the tools, tech, and support to help you succeed.
What We Offer
High commission split – 75% and up (this is a commission-only position)
Exclusive access to pre-qualified tenant and landlord leads from our platform

Marketing & deal support – We handle backend operations so you can focus on closing deals
What You Bring
Active New York real estate license
Experience in commercial leasing or sales
A strong network of landlords and/or tenants
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
