Position Overview
Analyst – Acquisitions & Asset Management (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Charlotte team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both acquisitions and asset management while supporting the full investment lifecycle of commercial real estate assets. You will work closely with senior team members and be exposed to a wide range of institutional-level real estate transactions and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in underwriting potential acquisitions by building and maintaining detailed financial models.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and property-level due diligence.
Support the asset management team with property performance tracking, leasing updates, and variance analyses.
Prepare materials for internal investment committee presentations and investor reporting.
Help monitor industry trends, local market dynamics, and key financial metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, and capital markets professionals.
Qualifications
0–2 years of professional experience in real estate, finance, or related fields (internships welcome).
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency with Excel. Argus experience a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
