Centurion Realty LLC, a New York City based owner-operator of residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout the United States is seeking a Property Manager to join our team.
Job ** Manage the operations and performance of a diverse portfolio of assets by working closely with in-house maintenance and accounting personnel along with 3rd party vendors all in an effort to increase efficiency, reduce expenses, drive NOI, and create value.
Responsibilities *
· Staff supervision
· Responding to tenants
· Visiting and inspecting properties on a regular basis
· Negotiating service contracts
· Overseeing repairs & maintenance
· Insuring that all properties are in compliance with laws and mandates
· Collaboration with accounting team on a regular basis for tasks such as reporting activities, quarterly CAM reconciliation, annual budget preparation, and monthly budget monitoring.
Candidates should possess the following ****
· Ability to identify and implement operational initiatives through hands-on, active asset management
· Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
· Strong computer skills specifically Excel
· Superior organizational, written and verbal skills
· Superior talent for customer service, communication, self-management and multitasking
· Flexible team player able to follow as well as give direction.
· Undergraduate degree
· Two to four years of related work experience
Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience
