WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
Passion for providing an exceptional client service experience through excellent communication skills.
Enjoy connecting with people, problem solving and finding solutions with them.
Pride in your ability to work collaboratively on a team, and independently.
Working knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office & Email).
Yardi experience is an asset.
Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (incl. evenings & weekends)
The ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn about and grow within a new industry.
Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Our Building Managers are responsible for providing an excellent resident experience through the general management and oversight of a property, including preventative and repair maintenance, responding to emergency situations and problem solving.
