The Client:
Our client is a boutique fund manager, founded and grown FUM to over $1bn. They specialise in sourcing, acquiring, and managing value-add and core-plus opportunities across Australia. With a deep focus on Office and Industrial sectors, they pride themselves on their rigorous investment approach, creative strategies, and strong track record of delivering exceptional results for our capital partners.
The Role:
As an Investment Analyst, you will play a central role in supporting the acquisition, underwriting, and asset management teams. You will contribute across the full investment lifecycle—from market research and deal sourcing to financial modelling and execution.
Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
Conduct market and asset-level research across the office and industrial sectors.
Assist in due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational reviews.
Prepare investment committee presentations and pitch materials.
Track and report portfolio performance metrics and assist in strategic decision-making.
Liaise with brokers, advisors, and joint venture partners to support deal flow.
The Candidate:
Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
3-5 years’ experience in real estate investment, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
Strong financial modelling and Excel skills (RE modeling experience preferred).
Solid understanding of commercial property fundamentals, especially office and industrial.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced/small environment.
