Job Description
Assess client needs effectively and address needs through prompt and timely services.
Converting leads into sales by convincing prospective clients that our organization is the right one to meet their requirements and to close.
Manage your client base through excellent follow-up on leads for existing and new clients.
Developing new leads by sending out details of properties to people in your database.
Generate leads through marketing activities and other promotional activities.
Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property.
Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Ensure customer satisfaction and that all customer documentation is up to date.
To ensure the pre-set sales targets are achieved.
To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners.
Coordinate with the various departments like architect, legal, projects, accounts for various requirements & to ensure smooth day to day sales operations.
Cultivating excellent knowledge about real estate markets and best practices.
Other responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager.
