The Commercial Real Estate Senior Manager will be responsible for workflow allocation, team management, and stakeholders’ management. This role requires 10+ years of experience in analyzing the Commercial Real Estate loans across all property types – Multifamily, Office, Retail, Industrial, Hotel, Single-family, Medical Office Building (MOB) etc. The individual will act as a subject matter expert and ensure timely completion of portfolio monitoring tasks.

Qualifications:
10+ years of U.S. Commercial Real Estate portfolio monitoring / underwriting experience.
3+ years of Supervisory / team management experience including stakeholders’ management. Experienced in analyzing the Commercial Real Estate loans across all property types – Multifamily,
Office, Retail, Industrial, Hotel, Single-family, Medical Office Building (MOB)
Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration
Exposure to industry platforms such as REIS, CoStar, RCA, TREPP
Knowledge of Moody’s Credit Lens
Knowledge of commercial mortgage loan & property source documents
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access); spreadsheet modeling experience is a plus.
Exposure to US accounting, GAAP, and IFRS
Experience in the banking/lending industry.
