This role offers the opportunity for a strong agent based in Riyadh to become part of an established Office Agency team within a leading, international real estate advisory firm.
The Office Agency team combines expertise and professionalism in acquisition of office property and commercial leasing services across the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region. The business consists of separate divisions representing landlords and tenants and was established in MENA in February 2007. We have won significant leasing instructions, advisory work and tenant representation assignments on behalf of numerous Fortune 500 companies and major local players.
The Office Agency Team in MENA has local presence in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, Riyadh, Khobar, Cairo and Casablanca, with the ability to service clients throughout the region.
What this job involves:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Successfully undertaking commercial leasing transactions on behalf of Office / Warehouse occupiers & select landlords
Preparing options reports from input collected during field search
Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
Updating internal database system
Negotiations & Lease Agreement review (English and Arabic)
Assisting the team in servicing clients on office and warehouse space acquisition projects
Skills and
Competencies:
A strong agent with 1 – 2 years experience in KSA with good sales skills
An enthusiastic individual, willing to learn more about commercial real estate
Keen and flexible attitude
Team player within an international environment
Excellent English and Arabic languages spoken and written
Representative and able to communicate / meet with high profile and international clients
Experience:
No less than 1 – 2 years experience and experience in a relevant industry would be a plus
Ability to work with Word, Excel and Power point
KSA experience is preferred but not required.
