Knowledge of Local Laws & DTCM Compliance
Understanding of Dubai Tourism (DTCM) regulations and requirements
Ensures proper licensing, registration, and documentation
Duties & Responsibilities
Guest Management
Coordinate check-ins/check-outs and key handovers (or smart lock access)
Greet VIP guests or manage remote guest onboarding
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints promptly
Take phone calls and enquiries and assist with lead management/CRM updates
Housekeeping & Maintenance Oversight
Schedule and inspect cleaning and turnover services
Ensure property readiness before guest arrivals
Report and follow up on maintenance or repair issues
Inventory & Property Condition Checks
Maintain stock levels of essentials (toiletries, linens, inhouse stationary requirements etc.)
Booking Coordination
Sync calendars across platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
Avoid double bookings and manage last-minute requests
Compliance & Licensing
Maintain up-to-date DTCM holiday home permits
Ensure documentation, Emirates ID copies, and guest logs are properly recorded
Vendor & Supplier Management
Liaise with third-party services (cleaning, laundry, maintenance)
Negotiate rates and ensure timely service delivery
Owner Communication
Provide updates to property owners on occupancy, income, or any incidents
Coordinate with owners for upgrades or major repairs
Assist with owners onboarding
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain logs of issues, repairs, costs, and guest feedback
Track occupancy rates, income, expenses, and guest ratings
Emergency Response
Be available for urgent situations (AC failure, guest lockout, etc.)
Arrange emergency fixes or alternative accommodation if required
