Currently, our portfolio consists of $450MM of real estate assets that we own and manage in partnership with leading institutional real estate investors, and we are actively seeking to grow the portfolio and platform. 109Co’s investment leadership team has over 20 years of real estate acquisitions experience and has closed on over $7BN worth of deals across all major asset classes.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an Acquisitions & Asset Management Analyst. The role is in-person at our headquarters in SoHo. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth, vertically integrated real estate operator with a portfolio of institutional assets. You will learn from and report directly to both the Managing Partner and VP, Investments and will play an instrumental role in the growth and direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquisitions

Underwrite acquisition opportunities using Excel

Perform market research, including economic, real estate, and demographic analyses

Prepare investment memos

Assist with transaction due diligence and execution

Asset Management

Track and analyze operating performance across the existing portfolio

Assist in preparing investor and partnership reports

Collaborate with property management team to identify value-add initiatives

Qualifications:

Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (modeling test will be required)

Strong interest in real estate, urban land economics, finance, and property operations

0–2 years of relevant experience

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a small team environment

Compensation & Benefits:

$80 – 90k base salary plus promote participation and eligibility for an annual discretionary, performance-based bonus
