Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida, India for a Real Estate Sales Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, guiding and mentoring team members, setting sales targets, and ensuring these targets are met. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with potential clients, managing property listings, conducting market research, and negotiating property sales. The role requires excellent customer service skills and a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market.
