We’re looking for a dedicated, bilingual Leasing Agent to represent our community and help future residents feel right at home—from their first tour to move-in day.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents in both English and Spanish
Conduct tours of the property and clearly communicate leasing terms, policies, and amenities
Follow up on inquiries, complete guest cards, and guide applicants through the leasing and move-in process
Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements
Assist with marketing efforts and maintain accurate leasing records
Collaborate with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written communication required)
2+ years of experience in property leasing or residential property management
Strong sales skills with a track record of closing leases
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using leasing software, email, and basic office applications
Friendly, energetic, and goal-driven with a strong desire to help others
