Account Manager Jobs in New York, NY at Mirador Real Estate
Title: Account Manager
Company: Mirador Real Estate
Location: New York, NY
The Role
Think of yourself as the steward of Mirador’s top landlord and investor relationships. You’ll sit at the crossroads of ownership expectations, agent execution, and market intel—turning data into decisions that keep vacancies low, rents strong, and owners raving about our service. For the first few months you’ll shadow our founder, Karla Saladino, then step in as the face of these high-value accounts.
What You’ll Own
Account Leadership – Run weekly or bi-weekly calls, deliver strategy updates, and be the single point of contact for a portfolio of owners and asset managers.
Performance Reporting – Translate leasing activity into crisp dashboards: occupancy, days-on-market, rent lifts, and unit-level insights.
Optimization Loops – Spot under-performing units, flag marketing tweaks, and align agents on pricing, staging, or promo shifts.
Agent Alignment – Ensure every listing photo, description, and showing cadence matches the client’s expectations and Mirador’s brand.
Issue Resolution – Jump on concerns fast—whether it’s a pricing pushback, concession request, or tenant-fit question—bringing owners solutions, not problems.
Process Refinement – Audit our current SOPs, then elevate them: cleaner templates, faster data pulls, smarter automation.
What Success Looks Like

Speak CRM (Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, etc.) and Excel fluently.
Love turning raw data into a one-page story an owner can act on.
